Changing Hearts

April 8, 2018

This is the April 8, 2018, Changing Hearts US radio broadcast — Praise Point: Walmart has decided to remove the magazine Cosmopolitan from their check out line.  The National Center on Sexual Exploitation has been campaigning against this magazine that encourages women to be treated as inanimate sex objects and even targets young girls with Disney stars on its cover. Walmart’s decision is a big win for the dignity of women!

Prayer Point:  Medically assisted death permits a couple married almost 73 years to die together. In Canada, the Brickendens are one of the few couples to receive a doctor-assisted death together. Legally, two doctors must sign off on their wishes.  At first, the second doctor opposed their request. Later a new doctor was asked for the second opinion and then they were granted the double assisted suicide.

Praise Point:  In Indiana, Senate Bill 203 passed and is just waiting for the governor’s signature. It states that “if the life of a pregnant woman and her unborn baby, regardless of its age, were taken, a double murder charge is filed. Dearest Lord, help us to remember that you are the author of life – from conception until natural death.  Amen.

PRAY:  this week for South Dakota and Tennessee.  May the hearts of those people come to the Lord to help us Return the Culture to Him.  Our fasting suggestions this week are to give up desserts all week or fast from complaining. Instead of complaining, recall the moments of joy the Lord has given you in your life.

Please visit us at ChangingHearts.US and as always, keep Kay Dodds and her family in your prayers.

May you see the hand of Jesus in your life each day as He blesses you.
