Week of March 11, 2018

God plus one is always a majority

Pray for North Carolina and North Dakota. It is important that these people see God moving in their lives, so they can trust Him and change their culture.

Our fasting suggestions are to give up salt, fried foods and all snacks on your fast day or fast as God asked in Isaiah 58:7 “shelter the oppressed and the homeless.”  Collect all your loose change this week and give it to a charity for the Harvey victims.

he U.S. Congress will be voting on the Conscience Protection Bill this week.  It will allow workers to not be forced to take part in an abortion if they feel their conscience is against it. If they are fired, then this will allow them to sue their employers. You can call your House Representative at 202-225-3121 and your Senator at 202-224-3121.

Please continue to pray for healing for our National Coordinator, Kay Dodds.

Praise Point:  In Ypsilanti, Michigan, a pregnancy center called Family Life Services recently moved into an unlikely space: the building of a former Planned Parenthood.  Now the building which was a place where babies died is now a place where women and babies are made healthy.

Prayer Point:  The TV show “Good Girls” is anything but good. Offensive content in the program includes: theft, attempted rape, drug money, murder, affairs, sexual dialogue, alcohol abuse, and foul language. Be sure your family has nothing to do with this show. Pray is will soon be taken off the TV.

Praise Point:  People come to doctors for medical help. You will want to see the video on the Changing Hearts Facebook page with a doctor telling us about the dark side of euthanasia.  He explains how it hurts the doctors, the patients and the culture.  It is good to hear the truth about euthanasia.  You can view it here: or

Babies Safe from Abortion After 15 Weeks into Pregnancy

Jackson, Miss., Mar 9, The Mississippi legislature has passed one of the strongest restrictions on abortion in the U.S., barring most abortions 15 weeks into pregnancy.  Gov. Phil Bryant said “As I have repeatedly said, I want Mississippi to be the safest place in America for an unborn child. House Bill 1510 will help us achieve that goal.” Physicians who violate this law will lose their state medical licenses and receive a civil penalty of up to $500. The governor will sign the bill into action.
